What You Will Do;
- Design, implement, and optimize high-performance trading systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with researchers and traders to translate ideas into robust, scalable production code.
- Enhance system reliability, latency, and scalability across mission-critical components.
- Improve deployment workflows and monitoring tools to ensure seamless live trading operations.
- Develop internal platforms and frameworks that accelerate research and strategy deployment.
- Continuously refine infrastructure to stay ahead in a hyper-competitive trading landscape.
Your Profile;
- 3-10 years of experience in a quantitative, trading, or development role at a top-tier proprietary trading firm, hedge fund or similar environment.
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and/or C++, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Experience building production systems for trading, research, or real-time analytics.
- A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive to optimize.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
