A leading quantitative trading firm is seeking a Head of AI Adoption & Enablement to drive AI adoption across engineering, trading, research, and business teams globally. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape how AI is used across the firm, ensuring employees have the skills and support needed to make AI part of their everyday workflows.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Driving AI adoption initiatives across technology, trading, research, and business operations teams.
- Designing and delivering AI learning programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives for a wide range of audiences.
- Building and supporting a global network of AI champions and trainers across multiple offices.
- Developing practical demonstrations, workflows, and use cases that help employees integrate AI into their day-to-day work.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify adoption opportunities and remove barriers to usage.
- Establishing metrics to measure engagement, adoption, and the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Gathering employee feedback and translating insights into improvements for internal AI platforms and tooling.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on AI adoption and best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools, platforms, and workflows, with the ability to build demonstrations and practical learning experiences.
- Experience leading technology adoption, developer enablement, technical education, change management, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across large, complex organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A pragmatic approach focused on helping people adopt new technologies and change how they work.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and new technologies emerge quickly.
