A leading quantitative trading firm is seeking a Quantitative Trader to design, execute, and scale fully automated trading strategies in global financial markets.

As part of an elite trading team, the Quantitative Trader will own the full lifecycle of trading strategies: from ideation and model design to live deployment and continuous optimization. What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and deploy systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes and regions.
- Leverage advanced statistical, econometric, and machine learning models to generate and refine alpha signals.

- Monitor and adjust live strategies based on evolving market conditions and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance trading systems, data pipelines, and execution frameworks for ultra-low latency.
- Manage risk dynamically and ensure strategies perform robustly under varying market regimes.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability and time-series analysis.
- Strong coding ability in Python and/or C++, with an emphasis on performance and clean design.
- Practical experience in systematic or high-frequency trading, or a deep interest in market dynamics and automation.
- Excellent analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments where feedback loops are measured in milliseconds.
