As a Senior Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in scaling and evolving the systems that underpin a high-performance, technology-driven trading environment.
The infrastructure you’ll work on is designed for extreme speed, reliability and scale. You’ll partner closely with highly skilled engineering teams to deliver large, complex infrastructure programs across data centres, hardware platforms, and global network connectivity. This role requires strong technical depth combined with exceptional execution skills, as you’ll lead initiatives that support growth while maintaining uncompromising standards of quality and reliability.
What you’ll do
In a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you’ll work alongside engineers and senior stakeholders to deliver multiple initiatives that support strategic growth and long-term scalability.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading global infrastructure programs, including data centre expansion, hardware lifecycle management, and network or platform modernisation.
- Partnering with engineering and operations leadership to define scope, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple teams.
- Building and maintaining program frameworks to track progress, manage risk, and improve delivery predictability.
- Driving continuous improvement in infrastructure planning, capacity management, and operational processes.
- Ensuring strong alignment between infrastructure, development, and trading stakeholders to support global expansion.
- Identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI-powered tooling, and data-driven insights to improve program visibility, operational efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
Who you are
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating with minimal oversight; you take full ownership and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in engineering (IT infrastructure, hardware, or networks) and/or technical program management in a high-performance setting.
- Have a strong technical understanding of data centres, compute, storage, and networking systems.
- Possess an AI-first mindset, with experience using generative AI, automation, or intelligent tooling to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve execution.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure or hardware programs.
- An excellent communicator and structured problem-solver with a strong bias for action.
- Motivated by building and scaling the systems that power high-performance trading environments.
