A leading global trading firm is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale and evolve the systems that underpin its performance in the financial markets. This team operates infrastructure optimized for speed, reliability, and scale and partners closely with world-class engineers to deliver large, complex programs across data centers, hardware and global network connectivity.

In a fast-paced environment, the Senior Technical Program Manager will work alongside engineers and senior leaders to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives that support strategic growth. The work spans program design, cross-team coordination, delivery governance and operational maturity.
What You Will Do:
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead delivery of global infrastructure programs, ranging from data center expansion and hardware lifecycle management to network and platform modernization.
• Partner with engineering and operations leadership to define scope, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Build program frameworks to track progress, manage risk, and improve delivery predictability (e.g., milestones, RAID logs, critical path, reporting cadences).
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure planning, capacity management, and process maturity.
• Ensure alignment across infrastructure, development, and trading stakeholders, balancing performance needs with reliability and risk management.
• Own communication for complex programs, providing crisp updates to senior stakeholders and enabling rapid decision-making
Who You Are:
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management and/or engineering within infrastructure, hardware, networks, or other high performance environments.
• Strong technical understanding of data centers, compute, storage, and network systems (enough depth to challenge assumptions and drive the right trade-offs).
• Proven success leading large-scale, complex infrastructure delivery programs, often involving vendors, long lead times, and global coordination.
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience operating with senior technical leadership.
• High ownership: self-motivated, proactive, and effective in environments where direction may be minimal or evolving.
• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
