What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with trading, engineering, and control teams to drive cross-functional projects from initial concept through to completion.
  • Lead structured discussions with engineering leaders around incidents, root causes, systemic issues, and required improvements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to global CTOs to support operational excellence across the technology function.
  • Track upcoming exchange-driven technology changes and coordinate the organizations technical response.

What You’ll Get

You’ll join a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement. This firm brings together top professionals from around the world and offers a high-performance environment where you can have meaningful impact from day one.

Benefits

  • A performance-based bonus structure tied to the firms overall success.
  • The opportunity to work alongside world-class professionals from 50+ nationalities.
  • 25-30 paid vacation days depending on tenure.
  • Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
  • Fully paid commuting expenses, health insurance discounts, and access to internal tech events and conferences.
  • Exceptional office perks such as daily meals, barista coffee, wellness services, sports activities, and social events.
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation support when needed.

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • You can write code to automate workflows and handle data (full-scale engineering experience not required).
  • You communicate clearly, think pragmatically, and influence effectively across levels.
  • You have hands-on experience managing or leading complex projects.
  • You possess a strong understanding of how technical systems operate and interact.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • You are genuinely interested in financial markets and motivated to learn more.
