Ensure all systems, workstations, and infrastructure are fully operational and ready before traders arrive each morning. Provide L1 support for internal teams on hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues. Onboard new colleagues by setting up and configuring equipment, accounts, and system access. Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly. Proactively monitor the environment to detect potential problems before they impact users. Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to maintain stability and performance. Carry out periodic audits to ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards. Automate, standardise, and document IT processes to improve operational efficiency. Monitor system performance and manage the lifecycle of hardware and software across the office. Support activities within local data centres and coordinate with vendors when required. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure issues and continuously improve the environment. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ICT, or a related field. Experience working with Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra ID. Experience supporting end-user workstations and office IT infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently resolve technical issues. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Kerberos.
